The Shared Reset Session is a bespoke, professionally facilitated workshop designed to teach partners how to support one another through intentional, Thai-inspired bodywork techniques. This experience blends slow, guided instruction with hands-on practice in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Why? At Sore Spots, we see how stress impacts both individual health and relationships. This workshop offers practical tools to help pairs regulate stress together and support building healthy brain, body and bonding habits.

Who can attend? This workshop is open to any two adults who feel safe practicing supportive touch together — partners, spouses, friends, or family members.

About your guide:

Mason Demone, RMT & Thai Massage & Yoga Practitioner

Mason is a RMT with a specialization and post secondary education in traditional Thai Massage. He brings a joyful, peace-filled approach to sharing the love of touch & empowerment to clients & community alike.

What to Bring

This workshop is floor-based and fully clothed. To create a comfortable, supported space, each participant should bring:

  • Yoga mat (one per person)

  • Blanket for warmth and support

  • Comfortable & layered clothing

Clothing Guidelines

Please wear:

  • Soft, stretchy fabrics

  • Clothing that allows bending, kneeling, and reaching

  • Layers you can easily adjust

Please avoid:

  • Tight jeans or stiff fabrics

  • Skirts or restrictive outfits

  • Belts or bulky accessories

Most, if not all techniques are practiced over clothing. You will remain comfortably dressed throughout.
