Meet Tara Chisholm, RMT (she/her)

— NOW BOOKING AUGUST 2026 —

Tara Chisholm is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 16 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies. A graduate of the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy, she has worked in physiotherapy clinics, multidisciplinary healthcare settings, and wellness studios, developing an approach that blends evidence-informed care with individualized treatment.

Tara has continued education in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Cupping, GuaSha, Trigger Point Therapy, Indian Head Massage, and Pre- & Post-operative gender-affirming top surgery.

Tara’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that emotional well-being, physical health, and the nervous system are deeply connected. She didn’t set out to become an advocate for complementary healthcare; life simply showed her, through her own experiences, how profoundly the body and mind influence one another. This perspective informs her work with clients experiencing chronic pain, injury, stress, and the physical / mental effects of modern life. Her practice incorporates advanced training in a wide variety of therapeutic massage techniques, supporting mobility, recovery, and long-term musculoskeletal health.

Tara’s goal is for every client to leave feeling not only physically better, but also more connected to their body, more empowered in their health, and supported wherever they are on the road towards wholeness.

Outside the clinic, Tara finds balance through painting, yoga, tai chi, journaling, and spending time in nature. She believes that creativity, community, movement, connection with the natural world and each other are powerful contributors to overall wellness and fulfillment.
